PENFOLDS VIRTUAL EVENT - 2020 COLLECTION Release
The eventful Covid year presented a unique challenge to celebrate Penfolds’ 2020 Collection Release. Normally conducted as an in-person celebration in a stunning, world-class city, this year required a custom virtual solution that not only embodied Penfolds’ premium wine legacy but created a one-of-a-kind event that transported guests from their homes for a night of music, conversation and wine education.
Streaming live from three locations around the world, at-home attendees were led through a tasting experience centered around Penfolds’ rich history. Before the event, attendees received a luxury wine kit at their homes so they could taste the wines during the event. After the exploration of the wines, the show was rounded out with an intimate live conversation and special musical performance by award-winning jazz great Jon Batiste.
